SHIPPING

• All orders currently ship free
• Orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. will arrive within three to five business days once your order has shipped. Orders shipped via expedited shipping will arrive within one to three business days once your order has shipped.
• We are sorry but we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

SPECIAL ORDERS

• Items we do not carry in stock, we can special order for you.
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
• We can give you an estimated shipping date.

DAMAGES

• Your order is inspected before it ships to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
• If Freight, Fedex, USPS or UPS damages a package in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. info@enchantedcottageshop.com
• Upon receipt of item, we will replace it, provided that same item is still available. If not, you will receive a refund.

RETURNS

• You must send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. info@enchantedcottageshop.com
• The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. USPS Priority, UPS and Fedex include $50 - $100 insurance.
• Shipping and any additional insurance paid are not refundable.
