SHIPPING

• All orders currently ship free
• Orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. should arrive within three to five business days once your order has shipped. 
• We are sorry but we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

SPECIAL ORDERS

• Items we do not carry in stock, we can special order for you.
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
• We can give you an estimated shipping date.

DAMAGES

• Your order is inspected before it ships to ensure there are no damages.
• If Freight, Fedex, USPS or UPS damages a package in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. info@enchantedcottageshop.com
• Upon receipt of item, we will replace it, provided that same item is still available. If not, you will receive a refund.

RETURNS

• You must send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. info@enchantedcottageshop.com
• The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. USPS Priority, UPS and Fedex include $50 - $100 insurance with shipments.
• Shipping and any additional insurance paid are not refundable.
